Mawell Biotech: Application for a clinical trial of 6MW5311 for injection approved by the National Medical Products Administration

Mabwell Bio announced that, recently, the Company received the “Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice,” which was approved and issued by the National Medical Products Administration. Under this notice, the clinical trial application for the 6MW5311 injection for indications of hematologic tumors—acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), and multiple myeloma (MM)—was approved. Previously, the clinical trial application for 6MW5311 had already been permitted by the FDA. 6MW5311 is the world’s first TCE innovative drug targeting LILRB4/CD3 that has been approved to conduct clinical trials.
