Bullish but afraid to go long, ETF outflows continue. In extreme fear, such a good opportunity but no one is buying BTC spot. MicroStrategy has eased up and can also sell Bitcoin. With stock tokenization, a lot of liquidity has been drained from the crypto space. Trouble is brewing in the crypto world.

With so much spot inventory on hand, MicroStrategy can, at worst, only have the stock price stay weak for the long term—it basically won’t blow up. And with the operational strategy he has just newly announced: if you get trapped in losses, just hold; if you’re currently in cash, add more; then keep holding and wait for the bull market to come back—profits will be nothing short of astonishing.

The idea that tokenizing stocks drains liquidity has some merit, but the crypto world won’t die—it’s just a change of play.

Aren’t the same people now yelling “something huge and terrible is about to happen” also the ones calling for it to go to zero at $6,000? What are you panicking for?

MicroStrategy's statement is indeed alarming, but Saylor's bluffs are nothing new. Wait until they actually sell.

ETF outflows are a fact, but in times of extreme fear, you should instead look at on-chain data. Have long-term holders moved?
