Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron Face Lawsuit Over 700% DRAM Spike

Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron face a US lawsuit alleging they engineered a DRAM shortage as ordinary memory prices jumped about 700% in four years. The case is in California federal court. The lawsuit says the companies control about 90% of global DRAM supply.
