Although most of my positions and energy are in stocks, I personally still really enjoy playing with MEMEs. I think memes actually have a legitimate demand—others have an advertising demand. If you want something to spread widely, creating a meme with the same narrative and pushing its market cap to a high level is the best promotional effect, the best advertising slot. This is also a reason that stocks cannot replace, because it's impossible to issue a stock just to promote something.
