【The “Action Plan for Promoting ‘AI + Education’ in Heilongjiang Province” Is Released】

On June 27, the Department of Education of Heilongjiang Province and eight other departments recently issued the “Action Plan for Promoting ‘AI + Education’ in Heilongjiang Province.” The plan proposes that by 2027, an AI general-education system with vertical integration and horizontal connectivity will be basically established; the regular application of AI in the education sector will become standard practice; digital education resources tailored to various teaching scenarios will continue to be enriched; and teachers’ and students’ AI literacy and innovation capabilities will be significantly enhanced. By 2030, the scale and quality of talent cultivation in the AI field will continue to improve; a long-term mechanism for cultivating AI literacy among all members of the public will be formed; education and teaching models, research paradigms, and governance models will undergo systematic change; the basic support environment will become more intensive and efficient; the innovation ecosystem will become more open and collaborative; and the application of intelligent technologies will be more inclusive, secure, and efficient. A number of high-value, scalable, and easily replicable application scenarios will be developed, and the “Longjiang paradigm” for the deep integration of AI and education will be basically formed.
