Abstract generation in progress
Mars Finance News, July 1st — Google has released its new self-developed AI image and video generation model, Nano Banana 2 Lite, claiming faster speed and lower usage costs compared to the previous generation. According to the introduction, Nano Banana 2 Lite can generate an image in 4 seconds, with significantly reduced latency compared to before, making it suitable for scenarios requiring rapid iterative revisions or batch generation of a large number of images in a short period. The cost to generate a 1K image is approximately $0.0336 (about 0.23 yuan); in comparison, the standard version Nano Banana 2 costs about $0.067 per 1K image, roughly twice that of the Lite version, while the Nano Banana Pro costs about $0.134 per 1K/2K image, roughly four times that of the Lite version. Google has also expanded the availability of Gemini Omni Flash. Gemini Omni Flash was first unveiled at Google I/O earlier this year, with a video generation fee of $0.10 per second. Google also demonstrated a new demo application, Omni Product Studio, which can convert static images generated by Omni into "cinematic" e-commerce videos. "With these two models, developers can build complete end-to-end multimedia experiences, connecting rapid image generation with video production and editing." (Broad Perspective)
