Crypto wallet company Phantom announced the hiring of Ventuals founding team members Alvin Hsia, Emily Hsia, and Aris Samad, further stepping up its perpetual contracts business. Ventuals had previously launched perpetual contract markets on Hyperliquid targeting valuations of OpenAI and Anthropic, and the project recently announced its closure. Phantom stated that the company has become one of the largest distribution partners in the Hyperliquid ecosystem and will further deepen its layout in the fields of perpetual contracts and trading products, driving the wallet business to expand from asset storage to comprehensive financial applications.
