Broadcom co-founder sells $250 million worth of company stock

Jinse Finance reports that on June 30, according to public information, Broadcom co-founder and chairman Henry Samueli sold approximately 654k shares on June 24, with a total value of about $250 million.

The transaction was executed through a Rule 250M5-1 pre-arranged trading plan established in December 2025, not a sudden sell-off. After the sale, Samueli still holds over 83.36 million shares.
