Circle drops over 13%, Visa, BlackRock and other giants to jointly launch new stablecoin OUSD

Gold Finance reported that Circle continued its opening decline, currently down more than 13%. The stock price is temporarily at $65.82, and its market cap has fallen to $16.351 billion.
Earlier news said that dozens of financial institutions, including Visa, Stripe, Mastercard, BlackRock, and Coinbase, plan to jointly launch a new stablecoin called OUSD and will adopt a business model in which partners share revenue.
