The more you try to win your money back, the more the market will clean you out.

I've seen this pattern too many times: $XRP
You lose and can't accept it, so you add more to try and recover; lose again, you start gambling; the last trade, a direct liquidation.
It's not that you're unlucky—you're playing this market the wrong way.
Over the years, I've only done one thing: control risk.
The rules are simple, but very few can follow them:
Don't rely on feelings $BTC
Wait for the trend to form before you follow—don't trade on imagination.
If you don't understand, stay out.
If you don't know, you don't know—forcing it is just giving away money.
Keep positions light.
I never go heavy; stay alive for the next opportunity.
Stop loss must be executed.
Once you hesitate on a stop loss, a big loss is guaranteed.
Stop trading when emotions kick in $ETH
Once emotion enters your trading, you're already on the path to losing.
Many people keep asking how to recover, but the answer is brutal:
It's not that you don't earn enough; it's that you lose too casually.
Crypto isn't a place to get even—it's a place that filters people.
The impatient leave first; the steady stay.
If you keep getting liquidated repeatedly, stop blaming the market—change your method first.
I don't take gamblers, only those who can execute.

"Stop-loss execution" these four words look simple, but few can actually follow through. Brother Jia is right—when emotions run high, you should really just shut down the computer.
