Deutsche Bank raises US Treasury yield forecasts.

Jinse Finance reports that on June 30, Deutsche Bank interest rate strategists revised their year-end forecasts for the 2-year and 10-year U.S. Treasury yields. Their latest forecasts show that the 2-year Treasury yield will reach 4.30% by the end of the year, 35 basis points higher than their previous forecast. They also raised their forecast for the 10-year Treasury yield to 4.80%, an increase of 10 basis points from the prior forecast. This revision reflects Deutsche Bank economists' latest outlook that the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates twice this year, each by 25 basis points.
