Deep Tides TechFlow news. On June 30, according to Businesswire, Empery Digital announced the signing of a definitive agreement to invest $65 million to obtain a 25% equity stake in an entity that owns a U.S. Midwest AI data center property. The project currently has available power capacity of approximately 150 megawatts and has the potential to be expanded to about 300 megawatts.

At the same time, Empery Digital has established a strategic partnership with Hunt Properties, and plans to jointly screen, evaluate, and acquire power-ready land and assets suitable for the development of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing data centers.

According to the announcement, the relevant related parties have signed a letter of intent for a triple net lease, with potential total lease payments of up to $1 billion. If the subsequent power expansion is completed, the overall revenue opportunity could be further increased. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
