There are two types of people in the market: those who look at price and those who look at volume.

The former chase gains and flee losses, while the latter position in advance. Price is just the result; volume is the actual trace of capital movement. $XRP
Many people only stare at the candlestick rises and falls, but ignore that volume is the heartbeat of the market. Understanding volume is the true entry into trading. After prices spike and slowly decline, it is not necessarily a top; often it is the main force distributing in batches or washing out weak hands. What is truly dangerous is a large bearish candle after high volume, which often represents sentiment reversal and capital switching.

Don't rush to buy the dip after a flash crash bounce; many are just temporary corrections, not trend reversals. What the market excels at is harvesting those who think it has already bottomed out. Volume does not lie: rising with volume indicates consensus; rising without volume is mostly a false rally; high-level high volume with stagnant prices is often a risk signal.

Bottom volume does not mean immediate reversal either; a true bottom is often volume + consolidation + re-launch, not a single bullish candle.

Trading is not about predicting prices, but about reading capital flow. Price is sentiment; volume is consensus. Those who understand volume do not follow the market; they stand on the other side of sentiment.
