Gate will proportionally settle USDT dividend distributions to users holding the relevant stocks at the snapshot time, with full automation and no action required from users.
This dividend distribution covers various U.S. stocks and ETF targets, including technology and semiconductors, financial services, energy, consumer goods, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, as well as some index and industry-themed ETFs.
It includes representative targets such as NVIDIA (NVDA), Bank of America BofA (BAC), and Nasdaq (NDAQ).
Distribution Rules
Taking NVIDIA (NVDA) as an example, the current dividend is $0.25 USD per share, distributed in USDT equivalent.
SATA will be distributed in installments on trading days starting from June 16, 2026, and is the first preferred stock on the market to adopt a daily interest calculation and dividend distribution mechanism.
As of this announcement, past SATA trading day dividends have all been distributed in USDT equivalent, with the specific amount subject to actual receipt and page display.
Going forward, SATA dividends will be synchronized with trading days, and no further announcements will be made; please refer to actual receipt.
Withholding tax deduction: 10%
Actual received amount = holding quantity × dividend per share × 90% For details of all stock dividend distributions in this period, please refer to the table at the end of this announcement.

Receipt Instructions
After Gate receives funds from the custodian, it will automatically distribute them to users' spot accounts, and users can view details in their account flow.

Due to differences in tax deductions, market rules, upstream brokers, custodians, and clearing agencies, the final receipt result in the user's account is subject to actual receipt and page display.
