Why are so many crypto KOLs switching to publishing general traffic content?

Because publishing crypto content really doesn’t get organic traffic.
Unless you’re one of those top KOLs.
To land ads, you need altruistic thinking and empathy.
If you’re an exchange or a project team,
when hiring a KOL for promotion, do you go for one whose posts average a few hundred views or tens of thousands of views?
Of course, data can be faked, but you can tell real from fake at a glance. Some KOLs with tens of thousands of followers have only around 10% verified blue V accounts, and their active user ratio is about the same.
So you must demystify KOLs, and of course, keep learning. All tweets are exchanges of value and interest. If you want to get ads, you have to think about how to provide value to the advertiser.
So instead of draining yourself here, it’s better to improve yourself. The bear market is tough; even ads worth a few U or a dozen U are fiercely contested...
Just keep surviving and keep pushing on.
