Trading contracts, losing money is not a market issue, it's a problem with your own trading method#0成本拿2股SK海力士

Staying up late every day watching the charts, getting liquidated over and over, account getting smaller, mindset getting worse. When I first started trading contracts, I also stepped on many pitfalls. Later, I gradually changed my trading rhythm, and my account began to grow steadily.
I found that most people who keep losing money basically can't escape these few problems.
Seeing an opportunity and going all-in, hoping to double on a single trade, only to be wiped out by the last wick.
Reluctant to stop loss when losing, always thinking it will come back, resulting in small losses turning into big losses.
Opening ten or twenty trades a day, not making money from the market but paying a bunch of fees first.
If you want to trade contracts long-term, establishing rules first is more important than anything.
The step of choosing coins determines many outcomes. When the market is strong, I prefer to go long on leading coins; when the market weakens, I look for the weakest coins to short. As for newly listed coins, I basically don't touch them—too volatile, risk far outweighs opportunity.
Don't be too hasty in opening positions. Keep the initial position small, let the market prove your direction is correct first, then gradually add to the position with floating profits. A truly good opportunity doesn't require going all-in to gamble#Gate完成141只股票股息派发
Stop loss must be set in advance, and take profit should also be planned ahead. Many people run as soon as they make a little profit but hold onto losses. This trading habit makes it hard to grow the account. I prefer to control losses and maximize profits. Over the long term, the equity curve will become more and more stable.
$ETH $BTC $CL Opportunities in these hot coins are always there, but opportunities appear every day. Whether the account can survive ultimately depends on execution.
Only those who stick to the rules can last longer in this market.

The logic of starting with a small initial position, then adding to it with floating profits, is indeed solid. A lot of people go all in right from the start, and their mindset collapses immediately.

Going long on leading coins, shorting weak coins—the logic is clear. The volatility of new coins is just too much for the heart.

If you don’t manage stop-loss properly, no matter how much you earn, you’ll give it all back. Execution is the real moat.
