The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU) has expressed its condolences over the passing of Haron Abas, a member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) or Bangsamoro Parliament. His death has been mourned by the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and the entire Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
