You don’t have to build in Accra!

There are cheaper lands outside the capital with far fewer flood risks and land litigation issues.
Stop acting like Accra is the only place worth living. As infrastructure improves better highways, rail networks, bus rapid transit, and potentially even metro or subway systems
it will become completely normal to commute 1–2 hours from surrounding towns into Accra.
Stop giving hard earned monies to these chiefs and estate developers for these death trap lands
Accra is becoming increasingly risky to build in. It’s time to start thinking beyond the city.
