A few years ago, I sold houses obtained from the developer.

Because the houses were not registered under the defendant's name, but under the name of a person designated by the defendant. A counterclaim was filed: on the grounds that he did not receive the house. Moreover, he used his connections, and the judge was very enthusiastic about mediation. The reason I did not seek connections was that about 50k U of the remaining payment was still outstanding.

The judgment was: it will still be executed according to the original contract, and I even bear 80% of the litigation and preservation costs.

Originally: I filed the lawsuit because the original contract could not be performed. The judge's ruling was unreasonable.
