Securitize to Trade on NYSE After Cantor Merger Approval

Securitize will start trading on the NYSE on July 2, 2026 after Cantor shareholders approved its merger, which secured around $400 million. The combined company is expected to close on Wednesday and trade under the ticker SECZ. Securitize manages BlackRock's BUIDL, which has grown to hold over $3 billion in total value locked.
