Mars Finance News: The latest warning from Calvin Butler, CEO of U.S. nuclear power leader Exelon, says that as electricity demand continues to grow and puts pressure on the grid, the U.S. could face blackouts as early as 2027, and that higher electricity rates will be needed to fund new infrastructure. He noted that artificial intelligence (AI) hyperscale data center operators have been “caught off guard” and have “underestimated” the resistance their data centers will face. (Cailian Press)
