SEC Fines NanoBit More Than $5M Over Crypto Fraud

The U.S. SEC ordered crypto platform NanoBit to pay more than $5 million in fines. The lawsuit was originally filed in 2024. The SEC said people involved in the fraud used WhatsApp groups from September 2023 to June 2024 to gain investor trust.
