The Singapore International Commercial Court found Terraform Labs and founder Do Kwon liable for fraud and ordered over $3 million in damages. The lawsuit relates to the 2022 collapse of TerraUSD (UST). The ruling came during a second hearing in a case initially brought by 275 plaintiffs.
