According to Bits media, citing registration information from the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), as of June 29, the EU has issued 244 MiCA crypto asset service provider (CASP) licenses, with Germany issuing 57 to rank first, France issuing 26, and the two countries together accounting for more than one-third of the total. Greece, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, and Romania have not yet issued any MiCA licenses. Among them, Poland's relevant bill has been vetoed three times by the president, and it has not yet established a licensing system compliant with MiCA. According to EU requirements, crypto enterprises that have not obtained a MiCA license must stop providing related services in the EU after July 1.
