USDT Trades 8.5% Above India Dollar Rate as Enforcement Hits Access

USDT traded more than 8.5% above India's dollar rate on June 29, with local quotes near INR 102.88. USD/INR closed near INR 94.65, while Tether USDt remained close to $1 globally. The Enforcement Directorate alleged USDT-based outward remittance activity without RBI authorization, with suspected FEMA contraventions above INR 2,500 crore.
