Jinse Finance reports that on June 29, South Korean chip design service company ASICLAND announced that it has signed a next-generation eSSD controller (main control) development contract with SK Hynix, providing ASIC design and tape-out support. Under this contract, ASICLAND will participate in the development of SK Hynix's next-generation products as a technology partner, and plans to provide ASIC design and verification capabilities based on TSMC's advanced process. The contract is valued at approximately 31.9 billion Korean won.
