NVIDIA board member Mark Stevens sells $186 million worth of NVDA stock
Mark Stevens, who has served on NVIDIA’s board since 2008 and is also the company’s second-largest individual shareholder, sold NVDA stock worth $186 million.
Reports say that the total value of stocks he has sold cumulatively this month has reached $407 million. When the transaction took place, NVIDIA’s stock price was close to its 200-day moving average, around the $190 to $195 range.
