CZ comments on Strategy: Asset structure is too complex, but considers Michael Saylor a 'staunch Bitcoin supporter'
BlockBeats news, June 29, CZ said in an interview that Strategy's preferred stock structure STRC is "too complex," adding that it "took many attempts to understand STRC." The product relies on Bitcoin as underlying collateral, introducing a structural contradiction: The long-term value appreciation thesis for Bitcoin may be reasonable, but its volatility makes it a challenging foundation for leveraged instruments.
