Tether's QVAC releases version 0.14.0: Provides OpenClaw compatibility path, accelerates local AI stack

TechFlow news, June 29 - Tether's QVAC SDK released version 0.14.0. This update focuses on improving mobile local inference performance, introducing a developer Agent path, and expanding local text-to-speech capabilities to 31 languages. Key upgrades include: providing an OpenClaw-compatible path to enable developers to run coding Agents on local models at lower cost; in terms of voice and multimodality, the Supertonic3 upgrade expands TTS language support from 5 to 31 languages, while Chatterbox and Supertonic now support Android GPU operation with optimized memory usage; at the platform level, Linux adds a dynamic compute backend mechanism that automatically selects the execution environment at runtime, paving the way for future ROCm and CUDA support.
