The U.S. stock market officially opened, with all three major indices opening higher and strengthening across the board, creating an overall pattern of broad-based gains, as the technology sector led the advance and lifted the broader market.

In the opening session, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.23%, continuing a steady-to-strong trend; the S&P 500 index climbed 0.50%, with a wider range of market sectors also turning back upward in sync; and the Nasdaq Composite Index led the gains, surging 0.80%.

Growth stocks and technology heavyweight shares showed clear strength, overall market risk appetite picked up, and fund positioning favored longs with a relatively more positive tone.
