Eight years ago, when I first transferred 20k yuan into my crypto account, my hands were shaking. $ETH

Now there are tens of millions sitting in the account, but I don't feel much anymore.
What has really stayed with me over the years is not the thrill of getting rich overnight, but some very "simple" things.
I never go full position even now.
No matter how good the market looks, I only use at most 20% of my position.
Because I know that the most important thing in the market is not how fast you make money, but not being knocked out all at once.
I am very strict about stop-loss.
If a single trade loses 10%, I leave immediately; even if I make several consecutive mistakes, I accept it.
Many people always think "wait a little longer," and end up falling deeper.
I've always felt that those who can cut losses survive longer.
Another thing: I never try to catch a falling knife (bottom-fish).
The "opportunities" during downturns are often knives.
I only trade things that have already established a trend; I wait for pullbacks and confirmations before entering.
I basically don't touch those crazy coins that double or triple in a day.
They look tempting, but most people who go in end up being exit liquidity.
I also look at very few indicators.
MACD is enough; the rest is more about rhythm and volume.
A breakout with high volume means real money is coming in; if it's a low-volume pump, I usually don't chase.
Adding to a position is the same.
I only add when I'm in profit; I quit averaging down on losses long ago.
After doing this for a while, you'll realize that trading comes down to six words:
Follow the trend, control losses, be patient. $BTC
There is no surefire method.
What is truly valuable is whether you can consistently follow the rules.
After eight years, I think the hardest thing has never been the technique, but restraint.
Follow Brother Su, no bragging, no empty promises, only sharing practical experience to survive in the crypto space. If you're still losing over and over and starting over, come talk to me; I'll teach you how to make trading simple

Stop-loss and cutting positions is indeed against human nature, but those who survive are ruthless.

The habit of keeping 20% position is very important; those who go all-in have died several rounds ago.

Follow the trend, control losses, be patient—a six-character mantra, etched into the mind like smoke into the lungs.
