This afternoon, the kid just started summer vacation.

As soon as he got home from school, he was incredibly excited, throwing his backpack aside, running around the house, and constantly talking about his vacation plans, as if he had a surplus of energy with no outlet.

Looking at his state, I suddenly felt it was quite similar to the current ETH.

The price is oscillating around 1580, neither surging up nor diving down, but constantly fluctuating and pulling back and forth.

On the surface, it looks lively, but in reality, it hasn't truly chosen a direction.

A child's excitement is the release of energy.

The current market volatility is the consumption between bulls and bears.

One is releasing emotions, the other is consuming chips.

But in the end, both will lead to one outcome — a directional choice.

Back to the market itself.

In the near term, the overall trend of mainstream coins is inevitably weakening. The previous rebound was more of a correction within the downtrend and did not change the broader market direction.

Especially ETH, where a large number of trapped positions have accumulated above.

Every time the price moves up a step, it encounters selling pressure from earlier capital, so the rebound has lacked sustainability.

So today's strategy is still to set up short positions.

ETH current price: enter short in batches in the 1590–1605 range, stop loss at 1642, targets at 1540-1480 (if it breaks and holds above 1630, it means the short-term resistance is broken and the strategy needs to be reconsidered) $ETH

It's not about chasing shorts after a drop, but because the resistance above is clear. Wait for the market to retrace to the resistance zone, then participate with the trend.
