Mars Finance News, June 29: The prospectus updated today by iSpace (Blue Arrow Aerospace) shows that among the important contracts being fulfilled, in November and December 2025 it jointly signed contracts with Shanghai Yuanxin Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. with a total contract value of about 300 million yuan. The contract (order) name is: Rocket Launch Service Contract and Supplementary Agreement. It is reported that iSpace’s STAR Market IPO was formally accepted on December 31, 2025. On March 31, 2026, because the financial materials cited in the filing documents had exceeded their validity period, the review status was changed to “Suspended.” On June 29, the official website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange showed that iSpace updated and submitted the relevant financial materials, and the STAR Market IPO review status is “Under Inquiry.” (Wide-Angle Observation)
