Mars Finance News: On June 29, Liu Jie, Governor of Zhejiang Province and Secretary of the Provincial Government Party Leadership Group, presided over the 94th meeting of the Provincial Government Party Group and the 117th executive meeting of the Provincial Government this morning. The meeting pointed out that brain-computer interfaces are a future industry explicitly laid out in the national "15th Five-Year Plan" outline and one of the new tracks where Zhejiang has the foundation and opportunity to achieve breakthroughs. Full support should be given to deepening basic research in the brain-computer interface field, fully leveraging the first-mover advantages of the province's high-end scientific innovation platforms and high-quality enterprises, continuously increasing policy support, further gathering innovative talents from all sides, and better supporting various innovation entities in collaborative research. Efforts should be made to remove bottlenecks and blockages in areas such as agreement signing, medical insurance policies, and commercial insurance, providing support for the development of the brain-computer interface industry with rich and accessible application scenarios. The deep integration of artificial intelligence and brain-computer interfaces should be promoted, fully leveraging the role of the National Artificial Intelligence Pilot Base (Medical Field), encouraging deep cooperation between brain-computer interface companies and AI large models as well as embodied AI companies, and driving AI to truly become the core engine for the scaling and commercialization of the brain-computer interface industry. A good ecosystem for the development of the brain-computer interface industry should be built, strengthening support from various financial factors, guiding increased investment from social capital, expanding international openness and cooperation, strengthening safety supervision, and ensuring the safe and orderly development of the brain-computer interface industry.
