Maixinlin: Signs 890 million yuan computing power server equipment procurement contract

Mars Finance News, Maixinlin (688685.SH) announced that the company has signed an Equipment Procurement Contract with Company A, agreeing to purchase computing power server-related equipment from Company A, with a total contract amount of approximately 890 million yuan (including tax). The products under the contract can be delivered in batches, with all deliveries to be completed no later than the end of September 2026. The company stated that this equipment procurement is conducive to ensuring the company's further expansion of computing power rental services and improving the profitability of the computing power business segment. However, the company has not yet formally signed equipment-related leasing agreements, and there are risks such as the leasing business progressing below expectations. (Cailian Press)
