Jinse Finance reports that on June 29, the Singapore International Commercial Court ruled in a fraud case related to the 2022 collapse of the TerraUSD stablecoin that Terraform Labs Pte Ltd and its founder Do Kwon must pay compensation to 40 plaintiffs. The plaintiffs were awarded a total of over $3 million in damages, concluding the second phase of the case. The case involves a total of 275 investors who claim to have suffered losses due to the collapse of the UST cryptocurrency. The court stated that the compensation amount was calculated in part based on the amount of UST held by the plaintiffs and the duration of their holdings.
