The Singapore International Commercial Court has ruled that Terraform Labs and its founder Do Kwon must compensate 40 investors of TerraUSD (UST) with over $3 million. The ruling is part of the second phase of the fraud lawsuit related to the collapse of TerraUSD, involving some of the 275 claimants. The compensation amount is determined based on the amount of UST held and the holding period. (Bloomberg)
