Dear Ella,

I saw something today that reminded me of you.
For a second, I almost sent it to you before remembering we don’t talk anymore.
The strange thing is, we never fought.
Nothing happened.
We just stopped calling, stopped checking in, and somehow became strangers.
Sometimes I wonder if you miss our friendship too, or if I’m the only one who still thinks about those days.
I miss the easy conversations.
I miss having someone who knew me before life got complicated.
I guess I always thought we’d have more time.
Anyway, I hope you’re doing well.
And if you ever think about me too, just know I never forgot you.
