Authorities in Russian-annexed Crimea have declared an emergency situation following increasing Ukrainian aerial attacks on the peninsula. Fuel shortages and power cuts are among the impacts, with Ukrainian strikes targeting logistics chains and oil facilities across Crimea and southern Russia.
