New Project丨One Stanley Sold 49 Units in Total, Buyers Receive Mercedes-Benz Cars as Gifts

Kinwick Properties’ One Stanley in Red Hill continues to be on sale. Cheng Chi-wing, Director of the Investment and Sales Department of the Kinwick Properties Group, said that the project has sold 49 units to date, with a total transaction value of over HK$5.26 billion. For multiple unit types, only a small number of units remain, while others have already been fully sold out.

To celebrate the 7.1 return, the developer has teamed up with Zung Fu Motors to offer a limited-time promotion. From now until July 13 this year, buyers who purchase a first-hand residential property in the project and achieve a transaction price of HK$100 million or above can receive one Mercedes-Benz S-Class flagship luxury sedan (W223) valued at approximately HK$1.638 million. Buyers who purchase first-hand residential properties with a transaction price between HK$50 million and HK$99.99 million can receive one Mercedes-Benz GLC luxury all-wheel-drive SUV (X254) valued at approximately HK$643,000. There are 2 offer quotas in total, with a total value of up to approximately HK$3.2 million.

Cheng Chi-wing said that after the project recently launched the newly built House 17 and the furnished show flat units for Unit B on the 1st and 2nd floors of Tower 3, they have been well received by customers, with a large number of appointment visits recorded immediately. Each of the two furnished show flat units—of the same layout—has only one unit available.

He added that since the beginning of this year, the project has recorded 17 transactions in total, many of which exceed HK$100 million. The seafront House 2 was sold at a transaction price of HK$268 million, with a practical saleable area price of approximately HK$56,636 per square foot. Both the transaction price and the price per square foot have set new highs for the project this year. The group is very confident in the project’s sales, believes that more good news will be announced in the short term, and expects there will be another opportunity to raise the internal guidance price again in September.
