Golden Finance reported that on June 29, Citibank interest rate strategists said that the year-end forecast for the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield has been slightly raised to 3.9%, from the previous target of 3.75%; they still maintain a medium-term bullish view on U.S. Treasuries.
