Credit Agricole CIB announces the launch of SPASE (Smart Platform Assisted Sustainable) — the first AI-powered, ESG-linked innovative trade finance solution in the Asia-Pacific market. SPASE leverages transaction data such as suppliers, products, and trade flows to provide quantifiable and auditable ESG performance reports, helping companies review their value chain operations and uncover financial benefits and sustainable business opportunities.

The sustainable development of the global trade finance market remains constrained by a key bottleneck — companies waste significant time and resources assessing the ESG performance of each supplier individually.
