According to Digital Asset, on the 29th, the Seoul Southern District Court issued a first-instance ruling in the case in which Li, the actual operator of QBZ (QueenBeeCoin) operator QueenBeeCompany, was accused of assisting shaman Jeon Seong-bae (Master Geonjin) in violating the Political Funds Act. All four defendants, including Li, were found not guilty. The court held that the 100 million won at issue could not be deemed political funds, and that the relevant funds had not been proven to have been actually delivered to related figures of the Liberty Korea Party’s central committee, including People Power Party lawmaker Yoon Han-hong. The fraud charges against Jeon Seong-bae were also ruled not guilty. In addition, Li is involved in other cases involving cryptocurrency fraud on the scale of 300 billion won, bribing the media, and intentionally leaking BTC held by the police, and those cases are still under trial.

Wait until the subsequent batch of cases is decided, it's too early to say now.

Master Jianjin’s name sounds anything but simple—crypto + shamanic folk customs + politics, all in one.
