Jinse Finance reports that on June 29, 2026, Momenta, a globally leading physical AI company, disclosed its global offering documents, officially launched its IPO, and plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with the stock code "6880", becoming the "first physical AI stock". According to the issuance plan, Momenta's IPO intends to globally offer 19,938,300 shares, with 1,993,840 shares offered in Hong Kong and 17,944,460 shares offered internationally, accounting for 10% and 90% of the total global offering shares respectively; the issuance is also equipped with a 15% greenshoe (over-allotment option) mechanism. The final IPO pricing is HKD 295.6, and without considering the exercise of the greenshoe, the total expected fundraising is approximately HKD 5.89 billion.
Momenta has introduced 14 institutions to form a super luxurious cornerstone investor lineup, with total cornerstone subscriptions of approximately HKD 3 billion (approximately USD 376 million). Among them, the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) and Fidelity International are leading the investment, each receiving USD 100 million; BlackRock contributed USD 25 million, Oaktree Capital contributed USD 20 million, and Franklin Templeton Fund Group contributed USD 10 million. Industrial "top-tier" strategic investors Mercedes-Benz and BYD, as well as industry chain partner GigaDevice, have also contributed. China's top private equity funds Gaoyi and Boyu, China's top public funds China Asset Management and GF Fund Management, as well as the leading long-term insurance fund China Pacific Insurance, have also contributed.
In April this year, Momenta's R7 World Model was first mass-produced. As a physical AI base model, it supports Momenta's large-scale deployment in passenger cars, Robotaxis, and Robovans. In the future, it will also expand into areas such as Robotrucks, and is expected to become a key breakthrough to trigger the "GPT moment" of physical AI. According to the prospectus, Momenta's revenue scale has achieved leapfrog growth in the past three years: from 2023 to 2025, Momenta's operating revenue grew from RMB 743 million to RMB 2.41B, tripling in three years, with an average annual compound growth rate of over 80%.
