Lenovo believes that the trend of rising electronics prices will not end for a considerable period of time:


"Even if the AI bubble bursts, prices are unlikely to improve. Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron have already invested billions of dollars in retrofitting physical factory production spaces to manufacture complex AI memory chips. Additionally, these three companies have been locked into multi-year supply contracts, with terms extending as far as 2030.
Regardless of whether data center demand cools down, their legal supply obligations to large tech companies will continue to exist."
