one last important thought regarding meme coin trading
Excessive meme trading eats up so much brain capacity, and can be so mentally draining, that you should build in a multi day break after any long trading streak, for both your physical and mental health, and to let your head recover so you can come back focused and sharp.
Nothing is as volatile and exhausting to trade as memes. I've done it. Been through all of it, multiple times. I mean it when I say how important it is to take time off when you feel the dynamic shift, when the current narrative or liquidity just isn't there, when you feel exhausted and emotionally driven, and use those few days to focus on other things. This is also the real path to becoming a sustainable full time trader, training yourself early to take breaks, and actually valuing them.
At the end of the day, it's about gradually building a healthy routine, and this goes for trading in general, one you can run for years like an actual job. And part of that job is being able to mentally let go.
Enjoy the rest of your sunday and have a great start to your trading week.
