💵 $884B Flows Into the US. Follow the Money, Not the Noise

The US has gotten an amount of money $884 billion and this is something we should pay attention to.

When this much money is moving it usually means something about how people feel about the economy and where they think they can make money or stay safe.

My first thought is that big investors still really like the US markets.

This can be a sign for the markets.

When a lot of money is coming in it can help the stock market. Make the dollar stronger.

It also shows that big investors are confident in the US economy.

They would not move this money around if they were not sure.

We need to think about this more.

For crypto this news can be seen in two ways.

The bad way to look at it is that all this money going into markets could mean people are taking money out of crypto.

If big investors like assets better crypto might have a hard time getting more popular soon.

This is something we should be careful about.

On the hand there is a good way to look at it.

All this money coming in can mean there is a lot of money moving around the world.

When there is a lot of money around some of it might go into crypto because people are looking for returns.

In the past when people felt good about the markets they would eventually start investing in Bitcoin and other crypto too.

So I do not think this news is all good or all bad for crypto.

What matters is what happens next.

Will this make the dollar stronger. Hurt crypto?

Will people start feeling better about the economy and invest in all kinds of assets including crypto?

I think what matters is where the money goes from here.

That usually tells us what will happen tomorrow before everyone else figures it out.

What do you think. Is all this money going into the US good for crypto in the run or does it mean people are moving away from risky assets, like crypto?
