The Chinese Navy's 83-ship formation arrived in Russia for a friendly visit.

On the 23rd, the 83-ship formation of the Chinese Navy on an overseas internship and visit mission arrived at Vladivostok Port in Russia and began a friendly four-day visit to Russia. On the morning of the 23rd, ships Qi Jiguang and Kunlunshan of the Chinese Navy arrived at Vladivostok Port. More than 200 people, including staff from the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Vladivostok, representatives of Chinese compatriots living there, representatives of international students, and representatives of officers and sailors of the Russian Navy’s Pacific Fleet, met the ships at the pier. Cadets from the Naval Engineering University and the Naval Submarine Academy of the People’s Liberation Army Navy stood in sections in formation on the decks, offering greetings to the welcoming crowd.
