【Caixin】 The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced on June 25 local time that it has terminated its antitrust investigation into Elon Musk's acquisition of Mesh Optical Technologies (hereinafter referred to as Mesh) ahead of schedule, approving the transaction. Currently, neither party has disclosed any specific details of the deal.

Mesh was founded in February 2025 by three former SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) engineers: Travis Brashears, Cameron Ramos, and Serena Grown-Haeberli. Their LinkedIn pages show that during their time at SpaceX, all three co-founders worked on the company's Starlink communications satellite business and the development of satellite laser communication technology.
