$BTC Trendline Breakout Entry Method: The Core Logic for Precision in Capturing Major Trends
Want to achieve consistent profits through trend trading? Master this "Trendline Breakout Entry" strategy, and lock in entry timing with just three steps:
Identify Valid Breakouts: When the price breaks above or below a trendline, avoid blindly chasing the move. Patiently wait for a retest, and confirm the trend reversal's validity through resonance with key support/resistance levels.
Filter False Breakouts (Core Rule): Remember the three filtering conditions: First, the breakout must be via a real candlestick body, meaning the closing price firmly sits outside the trendline. Second, the breakout must be accompanied by significant volume; capital-driven movement is a true breakout. Third, on the daily chart, at least two candlesticks are needed to confirm the hold, effectively avoiding wick and spike scenarios.
Entry and Risk Management: After confirming the breakout, precisely find "buy long" or "sell short" entry points. Strictly set stop-losses and adhere to a minimum risk-to-reward ratio of 1:3.
Trading Proverb: The biggest losses in the market often come from false breakouts. Strictly enforce the filtering rule to significantly improve your win rate and achieve steady profits.
